I am Melvin, an exceptional Maths teacher with over 10 years of classroom experience and outstanding results in Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE/GCSE and A-level Mathematics. Additionally, I have served as the head for the department of Mathematics & ICT for the past 10 years at Bloombreed High School, the First Google Reference School in Nigeria. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Education) with 2.1 honours. I also hold a master’s degree in Mathematics & Statistics and the UK QTS. I also encourage students to participate in mathematics competitions and have mentored several award-winning teams. I am passionate about integrating technology into my lessons and have been recognized for my innovative teaching methods by both my colleagues and superiors. I am constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage my students. I am known for my patience and my ability to inspire students to achieve their academic and personal goals. My educational philosophy is rooted in my belief that all students are capable of learning. They all do not learn at the same rate, but with different 21st teaching methodologies and strategies, it is possible for all students to achieve academic excellence.
